If you continue, it's $30 per week for one dog. Flexible payment options available: direct debit, card payment link or bank transfer. Each additional dog is $6 per week, and optional weekly yard odour eliminator is $8. Standard service covers residential yards with up to roughly 1,000 m² of outdoor area—not acreage or paddocks. No minimum term.

The basics.
When are weekly pickups?
All regular pickups currently take place on Mondays. We'll confirm your first visit and access details with you before we arrive.
How does the free first pickup work?
Your first standard pickup is free, once per household. If you'd like us to keep coming each week after that, the regular weekly price applies. There's no minimum term or obligation to continue.
Can I cancel the weekly service?
Yes. There's no minimum term. Please give us at least 48 hours' notice before a scheduled paid visit to cancel or skip it.
Which day will you visit?
All regular pickups currently take place on Mondays. We'll confirm the visit and access details with you first.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have safe access to the yard and your dogs are secured as arranged, we can take care of the visit while you're out.
Where does the waste go?
Collected waste is securely bagged and placed in your household general-waste bin, keeping the service simple and tidy.
What does the service cost?
The first standard pickup is free. If you continue, it's $30 per week for one dog, plus $6 per additional dog. Optional weekly yard odour eliminator is $8. We'll confirm any extras with you before adding them.
Do you service large properties?
Our standard weekly service is for normal residential yards with up to roughly 1,000 m² of outdoor area. Acreage, paddocks and larger areas are not covered by the standard $30 service and require approval before booking.
What if you don’t service my suburb—or my local route is full?
The suburb checker offers a short waiting-list form. Just leave your name and contact details and we’ll get in touch when a local place is available.
How do payments work?
Flexible payment options are available. No payment details are needed to request your free first pickup. If you continue, we'll arrange how you'd like to pay before a paid visit. Options include direct debit, card payment link or bank transfer.
